Passavant Energy & Environment awarded for completion of Wastewater Treatment Plants Campina & Plopeni in Romania
Passavant Energy & Environment’s (formerly Passavant Roediger) ever-growing presence and activities in Romania, we are pleased to share some highlights of the significant contracts in the infrastructure implementation throughout the country; our ongoing success includes significant positive developments at Campina and Plopeni WWTPs worth EUR 14,4 Mio.
Passavant Energy & Environment is proud to announce, following completion of all necessary design works and local approvals, the commencement of works at Campina & Plopeni WWTPs. Designed and built for a population of just under 100.000 people, the plants are made up of a wastewater treatment line, coupled with PE&E’s latest developments in the field of sludge treatment and biogas recovery. The plants are equipped with the state of the art technologies to recover approximately 2.400 KWhrs/day of energy, which is fully utilized on the plant itself, resulting in an extremely low operational cost expenditure.
